The Weglarz Company has been involved in the development and ownership of Orland Executive Pointe since its inception. From the construction of the original 15255 building, the executive campus has continued to grow over the years, into the five buildings that now grace the complex.

Part of the ease of a business operation is your access to outside services. At the Orland Executive Pointe, the USPS services the campus twice daily. UPS and FedEx boxes are located in several locations throughout the buildings and property.

Each building has ample parking for employees and visitors, with the option of leasing specific, designated parking spaces for your visitors. For those who work into the night, there is substantial lighting in all the parking lots. Our snow removal contract ensures a clean lot by 7 a.m. for a safe arrival.

Each building has its own sign facing the heavy flow of traffic on 94th Avenue. Most buildings also offer signage opportunities right on the building structure. The 15255 building has its own digital building register inside the entry vestibule.

There are patio tables and chairs configured throughout the property. Employees enjoy stepping out to get some fresh air or have lunch in the landscaped, park-like grounds.
